Accessing the Document Management Section
To access customs documentation for your international shipments, first log into the Logistics platform with your credentials. Once logged in, navigate to the Document Management section in the main dashboard menu.
Uploading and Reviewing Customs Documents
Within the Document Management area, you can upload required customs documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and export/import certificates. To upload documents:
- Click the 'Upload Document' button.
- Select the type of document you want to upload and choose the file from your device.
- Confirm upload and wait for the document to be processed.
You can also download and review previously uploaded documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before shipment.
